IS TELLURIDE OPEN FOR BUSINESS?

YES! As of May 4th, both of the Telluride Properties locations will re-open – however, for the safety of our company team and community, I will continue to work between both my home and my office. I remain available to you at anytime via phone, email, or virtual meetings.

HOW CAN I TOUR HOMES RIGHT NOW?

Per state and county orders, as of May 2nd, in-person showings/tours may be conducted with San Miguel County residents and second-homeowners (who have complied with a 14-day quarantine). I have procedures in place & equipment ready to keep you as safe as possible.

If you live outside the county, the following virtual options are available to you …

Virtual 3-D Tours give a comprehensive sense of the layout of a home or condo and are in place with many of our active listings.

Virtual Showings are highly personalized, we can answer your questions and point out the home’s attributes while we walk through the property together via FaceTime. Contact me to schedule a Virtual Showing.

ARE YOU SELLING PROPERTIES RIGHT NOW?

YES! People are still buying and selling real estate in Telluride. Real estate transactions were mostly digital even before now, but in light of current conditions, it is now possible for us to manage everything virtually – from showings and contracts to due diligence and new virtual closings.

I can also recommend lawyers to provide special coronavirus clauses and lenders that are able to close loans right now.

HOW CAN I STAY ON TOP OF THE MARKET?

CAN I BOOK A VACATION RENTAL?

Currently, you are not allowed to book rentals for less than 90 days. I have relationships with local management companies and can help guide you through this process, keeping you informed as the restrictions change.

To be completely honest, we’ve all never felt so grateful to live where we do. Retreating to our wide-open spaces for hikes and skiing has kept us healthy, mentally and physically. We have been humbled by the collective support and action of our community. The vigor of our local medical professionals in preventing the spread of COVID-19, while still attending to our everyday health needs, has been nothing short of incredible. HOW CAN I MONITOR COVID 19 CASES AND HEALTH ORDERS IN TELLURIDE?

San Miguel County has created a visual dashboard that shows information on the number of cases locally and regionally. You can stay up-to-speed with current health orders on their site.

The Telluride Medical Center also has some great resources and information on their site about COVID-19 testing and how the medical staff are managing these cases, as well as the everyday health of residents.
