Steve Cieciuch receives a Significant Sales Award from John Brian Losh, Chairman/Publisher of Luxury Real Estate.

The Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate's Annual Fall Conference took place from Sunday, October 4th through Wednesday, October 7th in Seattle, Washington at the Four Seasons Hotel Seattle. Hundreds of luxury brokers from across the globe convened to connect with fellow members, share knowledge, and honor the best of the best in the industry. Steve Cieciuch, a local Realtor for nearly three decades and director of Telluride Properties, attended the event and was nominated for awards for significant sales, best website, and best print and digital marketing.

Cieciuch won the Significant Sales Award for highest price per square foot for a home he represented in the Town of Telluride that closed for $6.2M and $1,175 per square foot. Cieciuch has contributed significantly to the Telluride real estate market in 2015 participating in 19 sales, totaling just over $37 million, nearly 8% of the overall market.

Cieciuch was also greatly honored to speak on a panel at the conference regarding company culture with three icons of the industry: Bill Mitchell (Carmel Realty; Carmel, California), Bonnie Devendorf (Daniel Gale Sotheby's; Long Island, NY) and Carolyn Ozar-Diakon (Resources Real Estate; Rumson, New Jersey).

"I believe the brokers who attended the conference appreciated the camaraderie Telluride Properties' brokers have established over the years, as well as the unique relationships we have forged with our clientele. We have been providing the highest end real estate services to our clients for two generations with their grandkids the next to serve. With only 18 brokers in our firm, we were one of the smallest brokerages at the conference with one of the largest market shares," Cieciuch remarked. He added that through the leadership of senior brokers at Telluride Properties, all holding prominent positions on local boards, they have demonstrated to their younger brokers the importance of community involvement and philanthropy.
