NEW to Steve Cieciuch's office: Matterport 3D Virtual Tours! Photo galleries, 360° panoramas, and fly-through videos are incredible tools, but they lack the perspective and feel that home buyers and sellers crave. A Matterport 3D Showcase truly creates an emotional connection with the home, before a buyer is able to see it in person. 360° panoramic tours may seem at first glance like 3D, but only Matterport 3D lets buyers move through a property as if they were really there.
The Ultimate Always-Open House, A 3D Showcase is an online experience that lets homebuyers move through a property and see it from any angle. Our unique

2016 was a year in which the real estate market played catch up from early January, after the Dow Jones declined 1,000 points and the San Miguel Real Estate market consequently experienced a slowdown through early March. To the ignorant, helicopters and mountain skiing have nothing to do with each other, but that’s where Steve Hindman steps in.
As one of the top ski instructors at the Telluride Ski School, Hindman teamed up with Telluride Helitrax in 2014 to create a helicopter-skiing camp for the extreme at heart.
“People think you have to jump off cliffs and do back flips, but with a helicopter you can land wherever you want,” Hindman said. “It’s really just about confidence. Mostly it’s just saying this is the terrain.”
The multi-day camps begin in January and run through March.
